Meet The Team

Founder
Esther Sintim
Esther Sintim is the founder of Daisy Chain Meadows. She has been a strong advocate for teens and animals throughout her life. She originally comes from the UK but has been in the USA for much of her adult life. As a mother of two children and a Special Education teacher she has gained a lot of life experience with children and teens. Animals have been a huge part of her life with horses being the center for many years. She has volunteered at rescues and owned many animals.
Her passion is to help kids and teens to learn through animals, particularly horses in ways that often cannot be taught by people. She understands that horses can sense a person and help them in ways that are not always understood.
She is currently the main person for Daisy Chain Meadows. She is the Program Director for the section of Stable Moments and also works within the Daisy lessons using horses to help people learn aspects of communication, leadership and teamwork, confidence, mindfulness and self regulation.

Board Member
Andrea Turner

She owns two mares that she keeps at home. Andrea has seen how horses will sense things in people and accept them as they are. She has been a supporter of Daisy Chain Meadows from when it was the first twinkle of an idea and has been there offering support every step of the way.
