What is Equine Assisted Learning (EAL)?

Equine-assisted learning (EAL) is a hands-on learning experience that involves working with horses to build skills in areas like communication, confidence, leadership, teamwork, and self-awareness.

Participants interact with horses through activities such as grooming, leading, or completing tasks together. Horses are very sensitive to human behavior and body language, they often provide immediate, and honest feedback about how a person is communicating or approaching a situation.

These lessons can then be applied to everyday life—whether that's building stronger relationships, becoming a better leader, managing emotions, or improving problem-solving skills.

Here at Daisy Chain Meadows the goal is to help youths but all can come and experience this.
